  • Malaysian citizen

  • IPTA Bachelor's degree graduate

  • Graduated between 2021 to 2023

  • CGPA 3.0+

  • Currently unemployed

  • Not a beneficiary of similar programmes (e.g. PENJANA, MySTEP)
